Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how our platform works, what you can expect, and your rights as a New Zealand consumer.

Our platform helps you build simple daily routines through four anchors: breathe, move, note, and rest. It is a wellbeing tool — not a medical or counselling service. You set the pace and adjust everything to suit your week.

Plans start from $0 (Starter) up to $49/month (Studio), all in NZD inclusive of GST. No lock-in contracts. See pricing and our Return Policy for Consumer Guarantees Act details.

We handle your information under the Privacy Act 2020. Journal entries and routine data stay private. Read our full Privacy Policy or contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you have concerns.

A daily routine is a set of small, repeatable anchors — such as breath work, gentle movement, brief reflection, and evening wind-down — that you customise to fit your schedule. It is a wellbeing and habit-support tool, not a clinical programme or medical service.

Not at all. The platform is designed for beginners and those returning to structured habits alike. Each anchor includes simple guidance, and you can start with just one or two moments per day before expanding.

Most people spend between fifteen and thirty minutes across all four anchors combined. You control the duration of each moment, and the planner helps you distribute them realistically throughout your day.

Yes. You may modify or cancel your plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Our Return Policy outlines refund conditions for digital services.

Missing a day is normal and expected. The platform does not penalise gaps. Instead, it invites you to resume gently — picking up with whichever anchor feels most accessible when you return.
